Our Founder and CEO of E2R (Electrical Engineering Research), is an accomplished electrical engineer with over a decade of experience in the field. With a strong background in both academia and industry, Shashank has a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen that drives the vision and strategy of E2R.

Qualifications

Shashank Kumar holds a strong academic background in electrical engineering, with a Bachelor's from UPTU, Lucknow, a Master's from IIT-BHU, Varanasi, and a Ph.D. from NIT Patna, fueling his passion for innovation.

Professional Experience

Before founding E2R, Shashank Kumar held key roles in renowned organizations, contributing to advancements in HIL solutions, renewable energy systems, microgrids, energy storage, and BMS technologies.
